Phil Davison 2+0+0+0+0+0+0+0=2 (10%)
Robert Milnes 1+0+0+0+0+0+0+0 (5%)
Tiffany Brisoe 9+4+0+0+0+0+0+0=13 (65%)
NOTA 0+0+4+0+0+0+0+4=8 (40%)

Two ballots cast for Ms. Briscoe were from possible duplicate accounts, even with those two ballots removed, Ms. Briscoe received 61.1% of ballots cast. Tiffany Briscoe having received a majority of ballots cast is the BTP Presidential nominee.

James Ogle 6+2+1+0+0+0+0+0=9 (45%)
Kimberly Johnson 1+0+1+2+0+2+0+0=6 (30%)
Steven R.Linnabary 0+0+0+2+0+2+0+0=5 (20%)
NOTA 2+0+0+0+0+2+0+6=10 (50%)

***corrected calculation***
Two ballots were cast from possible duplicate accounts, one was a ballot for James Ogle only the other for NOTA only; with those two ballots removed, the results are:
James Ogle 8 votes for 44%
NOTA 9 votes for 50%

My math listing NOTA as tentative winner was off. No candidate received a majority of the vote for the VP Nomination, a runoff will take place at http://bostontea.us/VP-runoff

Pierre-Alexandr...:

OK, so what are the guidelines for this convention, Mr. Chairman?

southernpatriot:

This convention will determine the Presidential & Vice Presidential nominees. A run-off will occur if no candidate receives a vote from a majority of ballots cast.

Pierre-Alexandr...:

But when is the decision going to happen/the votes stop?

southernpatriot:

per the bylaws, polls of this type are open for 24 hours.
