Regarding last night's scheduled vice-presidential debate
Dear fellow party members,
Restore the Republic Radio invited me to participate in an "Internet radio" debate last night, with the Constitution Party's Darrell Castle, the Libertarian Party's Wayne Allyn Root, and perhaps other candidates. I accepted that invitation.
Unfortunately, the event didn't happen, and for some reason the folks at RTRR and myself were unable to communicate with each other to establish this until literally two minutes before it was scheduled to start.
They're trying to re-schedule the debate. When they do so, I will certainly accept the invitation again, and participate if the event is held. I apologize to any of you who took the time to tune in and heard music instead of a vice-presidential debate.
Best regards,
Tom Knapp

Tom, I am sorry that this debate was unexpectedly canceled on you. Some of the folks at RTRR need to get their act together. Someone irresponsibly did not have the system prepared for me to broadcast my show this morning, so the show I spent hours preparing was also unexpectedly canceled. I wish I had some say in what goes on around there, because I would not allow this to happen to hosts and guests who offer their time and hard work to come on the air.

Does not surprise me at all, screw RTR Radio untell it comes under new management and fires "Dr." Steve.
inDglass:
When Dr. Steve Parent was running the network, things were going great. He resigned a few weeks ago, and Raymond Powell now runs things. Dr. Steve is still heavily involved, but he is not so much the problem. There is serious miscommunication between the various people involved. Since that wasn't happening when Steve was running things, I would attribute it to Ray. I was worried things like this would be happening when Steve resigned. I guess I was right.

If I had know that "dr" steve was the manger just before I got on then I would never have had anything to to do with the station. He has serious attitude problems. Now Ray does not know what the hells going on Ill give you that.

Speaking of cluster f#cks, it looks like we're going to have some changes to the BTP, too. Whee!
inDglass:
Indeed, Steve is short-tempered and has a habit of getting into conflicts with other individuals. However, when he was in charge, he built the network tremendously and strived to air the best possible content. He was usually helpful at handling technical issues. I always knew that the system would be set up for my show and I could get technical support when I needed it (that's what's most important to me). Anymore, I have little confidence in these things, and if they screw me one more time, I will leave the network.

Sounds familiar.

Sounds like the best way to describe it is charley foxtrot.
