Missouri Law Enforcement to Slaughter Ron Paul Supporters?

The first step in getting military type people to kill civilians is to demonise them. The best way to do that is to pretend they are a threat, and lie about what they've done.

Now an outfit calling itself the Missouri Information Analysis Center has released a document tarring the supporters of Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr, the Campaign for Liberty, and the Libertarian Party as members of militias and militia members as necessarily guilty of terrorist acts of violence. The document gives a long litany of acts of violence, including bloodshed, involving government attacks on individuals and militias.

Evidently, it is time to have a war on peace, freedom, and third party politics. The Missouri government wants you dead.

Sadly, they haven't yet identified the Boston Tea Party with these other groups.

Catherine Elizabeth Bleish of the Liberty Restoration Project has confirmed with Missouri government officials that the document represents official policy. Her press release is reproduced below.

Alex Jones has the document in image format:

I myself did not see the document on his site, but saw it on Darryl Perry's Facebook page - but that's not a public page to which I can link, thus the Jones link.

Liberty Restoration Project responds to Document released by Mo. Division of Drug and Crime Control/ Missouri Information Analysis Center

Kansas City, MO. March 12th 2009:

The Liberty Restoration Project (LRP) obtained a notice today that was released by the Missouri Division of Drug and Crime Control, P.O. Box 568 in Jefferson City today. This document declares that “Militia Members most commonly associate with 3rd Party political groups” indicating Congressman Ron Paul, former Congressman Bob Barr, and Pastor Chuck Baldwin to be springboards of Anti-government militia groups in Missouri. The Liberty Restoration Project views this document as defamation to a growing “Freedom Movement” that is focused on peace, freedom, civil liberty, and constitutional obedience. The Liberty Restoration Project in Kansas City is a focus group based off of many of the principles laid forth by 3rd Party leaders, including an audit and/or repeal of the Federal Reserve Banks of the United States, and many other topics that are addressed by these leaders.

The document has been confirmed via telephone by Officer Hotz who spoke with Catherine Bleish and confirmed they "stand by everything the documents say" and that "militias are a threat as MO officers have been killed by militia members." When representatives of the LRP have called the attached phone numbers, they have been met with confirming messages stating that they are aware of the document, and that they would have someone return a phone call. One of the reasons the LRP believes that this document is so destructive is because of Congressman Ron Paul’s Regional “Campaign For Liberty” conference in St. Louis starting on the 27th of March, 2009 which will bring in hundreds of Ron Paul supporters and “Freedom Movement” groups. The LRP believes that this is a blatant attempt to stifle liberty and a message that teaches American people what it means to be an American with a voice, and a message of peace and civil liberty. The Liberty Restoration Project is currently awaiting a response from the Division of Drug and Crime Control. The only names listed on this document come in the form of email, and the names listed are: Brandon Middleton, and Greg Hug.

The Liberty Restoration Project also wants to express their views about “Militia’s”, citing the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution; “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Although no members of the LRP are members of a militia, they feel that a Militia is Constutionally founded and have advocated in the past for Missouri representatives to adhere to their oath of office to uphold the Constitution and abide by the 2nd Amendment. Yet the document in question annotates a Militia as something to be feared, warned against, and fought. The LRP wishes for a retraction of this document, and a public apology made, and if this is not met, the LRP has promised heavy activism against their Division and will pursue further actions to correct what they feel is a devastating misrepresentation of what the “Freedom Movement” is about.

When you need a Tampa criminal attorney, resist the urge to pick the first one you see advertised on television. A criminal defense can mean the difference between years in prison or a verdict of not guilty. Consider the following during your quest to select a competent Tampa criminal attorney, and you will be assured the best representation possible:

- Prowess – What is the Tampa criminal attorney’s track record? How long have they been practicing law? You also may want to investigate whether they graduated from a respected law program and whether they have published any articles regarding certain niches of law. Simply put, you need the best attorney money can buy. Make sure that the attorney has the talent needed to defend you correctly.

- Price – Make sure you understand the terms up front. That way you will not be surprised with a large bill at the end of your trial experience. This is a sad reality for many defendants who never think to ask how much the process is costing them.

I have written the following article for the Mountaineer Jeffersonian - and cross-posted it on my blog.

"The MIAC Strategic Report – What it says, and what it doesn't" http://tinyurl.com/caaf8j

mikewb1971:

This report is the same sort of thing that we've been seeing from "law-enforcement" "intelligence" circles and their buddies in the ADL and SPLC since the mid-1990's. They've gotten it down to almost a boilerplate that they just plug their updates into on occasion. They even used the "9-11" aftermath and resultant "Homeland Security" as an excuse to trot out this BS.

I'm not going to lose sleep over the MIAC report -- I personally confronted Morris Dees over this sort of stuff back in June, 1996, let him know face-to-face that the militia group I was a part of wanted to screen out the Aryan Airhead types, and his jaw almost hit the floor. Did that slow him down, saying that "those militia groups can be linked to white supremacists" ? Not in the slightest. Did that stop him from continuing to "warn the public about militias," and in the process, raise about 100,000,000 FRN for the SPLC? Again, not in the slightest.

Here is a news article on the topic:
http://www.columbiatribune.com/news/2009/mar/14/fusion-center-data-draws...

Apparently, I was not the only person taken aback by some of the bizarre associations.

For the record, I have downloaded Aaron Russo's film "America from Freedom to Fascism" and shown it to friends. I think it was a Google video we watched. I don't understand why watching a video makes me a terrorist.

But I will say that the war on terror, like the war on drugs, is a war on the American people. As far as I'm concerned that matches "making war on the United States," and I will not allow traitors to run this country.

inDglass:

It does not say they are "a member of a militia and is guilty of terrorist acts of violence."

It says they are potential, likely militia members. That's still unacceptable, but the "guilty of terrorism" allegation is a major stretch there.

planetaryjim:

Really, so you object to my over-statement of what they represent, in their over-statement, what Ron Paul supporters are.

I think turnabout is fair play. They are obviously making the claim that all members of all militia groups are dangerous villains. The guy Catherine talked to on the phone about this after she issued her press release said that MIAC stands by the document, and that militia members have killed Missouri law enforcement officers.

I believe that they are making the claim that guilt by association should be used to "see about" all these Ron Paul and Bob Barr supporters. Is it an order to shoot on sight? No, but since when do cops follow orders?

Thomas L. Knapp:

Jim,

"I believe" is not the phrasing I usually associate with the meaning "I can't read."

The report doesn't say what you say it says.

planetaryjim:

That's okay, Tom, you don't have to read.

planetaryjim:

I gather from Tom's comments on his blog, knappster.blogspot.com, that I'm not allowed to say things with which he doesn't agree here, in spite of the very clear disclaimer that he wrote on this site which appears below every page. What I've written here represents my opinion.

I think the Missouri government and the establishment interests it represents wants us all dead. Slaughtering us is easier than engaging us in political discourse.

I recognise that Tom disagrees, so his answer is to call me a liar. And, apparently, to pout and leave the party. Whee!
