Now that we have our Presidential nominee, we have to start to get her on as many ballots as we can. If we're aggressive, there's about 16 or 17 states we can do easily.

-Mississippi needs paperwork done by January 6th. If not, we can submit 1,000 signatures as an independent candidate by September 7th.
-Hawaii needs just under 700 signatures by February 22nd.
-New Mexico needs just over 3,000 signatures by April 2nd.
-Colorado needs $500 and a list of electors by June 4th.
-Vermont needs 1,000 signatures by June 14th.
-New Jersey needs 800 signatures by July 30th.

3 July 2009 – The Boston Tea Party National Committee passed a resolution “in support of HR 2499 To provide for a federally sanctioned self-determination process for the people of Puerto Rico” 5-0 (with 1 not voting).

A few days ago (June 24) there was a hearing before the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources regarding HR2499 (To provide for a federally sanctioned self-determination process for the people of Puerto Rico). Yet, according to Ballot Access News, “Most members of the Committee did not listen to the testimony from Puerto Rico’s Governor, Luis Fortuño, nor to the testimony from the representatives of the Popular Democratic Party and the Puerto Rico Independence Party.

I know it's normally only the State of the Union Address that gets an “opposition” reply, but President Obama's 100 day Press Conference deserves a REAL response.

President Obama began by stating that he would throw $1.5 billion at “solving” a flu “problem” that is not near as severe as the “regular flu”. I honestly believe that he will use this “pandemic” as a tool to further push his “universal health care” agenda.

The Boston Tea Party National Committee passed a resolution 4-0 (with 2 not voting) opposing HR45 ("Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009").
